Information clause on processing of personal data

3) Your personal data will be processed to the extent necessary for the performance of the administrator’s duties or powers specified in the regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the municipalities and in the acts of local law based on them – for the assessment and collection of the municipal waste management fee, determination of the basis for reliefs and exemptions in this fee, as well as its enforcement, moreover for the performance of the waste collection service.
4) The obligation to provide data results from the provisions of the law, including local law, regulating the fee for municipal waste management and waste collection and is necessary to identify the entity obliged to pay the fee and the owner of the property from which the service is to be provided, and the consequence of failing to do so is to take legal measures provided for in the provisions of the tax law.
5) Personal data may be disclosed to authorised employees of the controller, processors, i.e. postal operators, banking and IT service providers, waste collection service contractors and other authorised entities to whom personal data may be disclosed on the basis of generally applicable laws, including on the basis of and pursuant to the Act on Access to Public Information.
6) Your personal data will be stored for a period not longer than necessary for the purposes of personal data processing, moreover, this period may be longer due to processing in the framework of a specific procedure provided for by law, as well as for statistical purposes and for archival purposes under the rules established in accordance with the provisions on the national archival resource and archives.
7) You have the right to access and rectify the content of your data and to restrict the processing of your data in cases provided for by data protection legislation.
8) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the PUODO if the personal data provided is not processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
