The declaration was prepared based on a study conducted by Fundacja Szansa – Jesteśmy Razem for Digital Accessibility.

Architectural Accessibility

Headquarters at ul. Partyzantów 36
The offices of the Municipal Management Department responsible for Municipal Waste Management are located at ul. Partyzantów 36.

The City Hall headquarters at ul. Partyzantów 36 can be reached by tram lines 5, 6, 9, 12 – Klonowa stop. The distance from the nearest tram stop is approximately 300 meters. The timetable of Gdańsk City Transport is available at https://ztm.gda.pl.

General Description of the Building at ul. Partyzantów 36
In front of the entrance from the parking lot, there are parking spaces for people with disabilities, marked vertically and horizontally.
The City of Gdańsk Office at Partyzantów 36 is located in the complex of buildings occupied by the Gdańsk Roads and Greenery Authority in building D on the ground and first floors. The building has two entrances from ground level. One entrance via a ramp directly to the Resident Service Hall, non-sliding doors. The second entrance – sliding doors. The building has an elevator and a toilet adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. It is possible to enter and participate with an assistance dog.

Communication and Information Accessibility

The City of Gdańsk Office informs that, in accordance with the Act of 19 August 2011 on the Polish Sign Language and other means of communication (Journal of Laws 2023, item 20), it provides access to sign language interpreter services. The service is free of charge for an eligible person who is a person with a disability within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities (Journal of Laws 2023, items 100, 173, 240).
Eligible persons are asked to report the need to use the service at least 3 working days before the event (excluding emergencies):
